Once you have completed the ordering process IVY VIBE will dispatch your parcel upon payment confirmation.
All paid orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Typically we deliver within Australia only via Australia Post General Post.
COLLECT IN STORE: no charge
Please include the preferred day and time for in-store pick up. We will confirm the collection details via sms.
LOCAL DELIVERY: no charge
We provide free local delivery within a 20 kilometre radius .Please include delivery instructions at checkout so a confirmation can be sent via sms. We offer same day delivery on week days for orders received by 1pm.
GENERAL POST: $9.95 per ORDER
Orders are packed and shipped daily excluding weekends and Western Australian public holidays. As we dispatch from our retail store in Geraldton W.A we have limited control over delivery times.
By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that Ivy Vibe is not liable for any delay in delivery. You must enter the correct delivery address and instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Ivy Vibe is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address.
Out of stocks sometimes occur due to the volume of demand, however, we will ensure the quickest supply possible or offer a satisfactory substitution.
