Paid orders are packed and shipped daily upon payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Western Australian public holidays. Typically we deliver within Australia only via Australia Post General Post. As we dispatch from our retail store in Geraldton W.A we have limited control over delivery times.

COLLECT IN STORE: no charge

Please include the preferred day and time for in-store pick up. We will confirm the collection details via sms.

LOCAL DELIVERY: no charge

We provide free local delivery within a 20 kilometre radius. Please include delivery instructions at checkout so a confirmation can be sent via sms. We offer same day delivery on week days for orders received by 1pm.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some of our favourite styles are restocked, while others are limited edition. If a product is unavailable, contact us and we'll let you know if it's expected back.

What sizes do you stock?

Our brands vary in sizing. Each product includes sizing information where available. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll happily recommend the best size for you.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Visit us at 80 Marine Terrace, Geraldton WA 6530, where you can browse our latest arrivals and receive personalised styling advice.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order by emailing hello@ivyvibe.com.au, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are happy to gift wrap free of charge. You can also have your gift delivered directly to the recipient. Just enter the gift card message in the 'add a note to your order' box when checking out. Rest assured we will not send them a receipt!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer free local delivery within a 20 km radius of our Geraldton store, with same-day delivery on weekdays for orders placed before 1:00 pm. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and has all tags attached.

Can I return sale items?

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're faulty. 

What items can't be returned?

For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, handbags, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. 

What if my item is faulty?

Please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. We'll inspect the item and arrange a replacement or refund if the product is found to be faulty.

Are your prices in AUD?

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards and other supported payment options.

Can I buy now and pay later?

Available payment options will be displayed securely during checkout.

Measurements are a guide only and are subject to error.
To size yourself grab one of your favourite's :
Lie the garment flat and straight.
Chest: Measure directly under the arms, from one underarm to the other.
Waist: Measure side to side just up from bottom hem.
Length: Measure from one shoulder to lower hem.
